Who We Are
Studio444 is a boutique video production studio specializing in Video Sales Letters (VSLs) for high-ticket coaches and consultants. We are based in Budapest, Hungary, and we operate this website at studio444.io.
When this policy says "we," "us," or "Studio444," it refers to the people running this studio. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits this site or interacts with us.
We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We've written it in plain English on purpose.
What Data We Collect
We collect as little data as possible. Here is everything we collect:
If you book a discovery call with us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Any details you choose to provide about your business or project (anything you write in the booking form)
- The date and time of your scheduled call
This data is collected through Cal.com, the third-party booking platform we use. Cal.com is the actual data processor — we receive this information through their service.
If you visit this site:
- Anonymous, cookieless usage analytics via Vercel Analytics. This includes things like which pages you viewed, your country, your browser type, and your screen size. It does not include personally identifiable information.
- Your IP address, recorded briefly in server logs when you load the site. These logs are kept short-term for security and debugging purposes.
If you email us:
- Your email address and whatever you wrote to us.
That is everything. We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, behavioral analytics, or session recording tools. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with anyone outside the third-party services listed below.
Why We Collect It
- Booking data — to schedule your discovery call, conduct it, and follow up afterward. If you become a client, we use this data to deliver our work and stay in touch with you.
- Analytics — to understand which parts of the site work well for visitors, so we can improve them over time.
- Server logs — for security monitoring and fixing bugs.
- Email correspondence — to respond to you and continue the conversation.
Who We Share It With
To run this studio and this site, we work with a small number of third-party service providers. Each one handles your data according to their own privacy policies, which you can review at the links below.
- Cal.com — our booking platform. Stores your scheduling data. cal.com/privacy
- Vercel — our hosting provider and analytics service. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Our email provider — for direct correspondence with you.
We do not share your data with anyone outside this list. We do not sell your data, ever, under any circumstances.
How Long We Keep It
- Booking data: kept for 12 months after your discovery call. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of our work plus 24 months for accounting and tax records.
- Email correspondence: kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized — it cannot be traced back to you specifically.
- Server logs: kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
If you want your data deleted earlier, just email us. See "Your Rights" below.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Access that data and receive a copy of it
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to how we process your data
- Restrict how we use your data
- Port your data to another service in a usable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. For Hungary, this is the NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság).
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking. The only cookies present on this site are functional cookies set by Cal.com when you interact with the booking widget. These are necessary for the booking flow to work.
We do not use marketing cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling cookies. We do not share data with advertising networks.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All site traffic is encrypted via HTTPS
- Booking data is stored on Cal.com's secure infrastructure
- Email is accessed through secure providers
- We use unique, strong passwords for every service
That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data breach that affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes — new data collected, new third parties added, anything that meaningfully affects how your data is handled — we will also notify you by email if you have ever booked a call with us.
